What are credits and how are they used?
Each AI action across any of the three tools uses 1–3 credits depending on the feature. Credits are shared across all tools so you can use them wherever you need.
What is the Voice AI chat agent?
The Pro plan includes a custom AI voice chat agent we build and embed on your website. Visitors can talk to it and get instant answers about your business. Setup is handled by our team after you subscribe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — cancel any time from your member dashboard or by emailing us at
[email protected]. Your credits remain valid until they run out.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits don't expire while your account is active. On annual renewal, 200 new credits are added on top of any existing balance.
What payment methods are accepted?
Indian users can pay via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. International users can pay via credit/debit cards and PayPal — all through Razorpay's secure checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
