1. Services Offered

Rock It Web provides services including:

  • AI Voice Agents
  • Website design and development
  • Paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • SEO and content strategy
  • Analytics and tracking
  • Marketing automation

We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. Client Engagement & Scope

  • Work is based on agreed proposals or invoices
  • Out-of-scope work will be billed additionally
  • Timelines depend on client responsiveness
  • Delays caused by client may affect delivery

3. Payments, Billing & Retainers

  • Payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise
  • Monthly retainers are billed upfront
  • Late payments may lead to service suspension
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Policy

  • All payments made to Rock It Web are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing
  • Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued

4.2 Retainer Services

  • Monthly retainers (ads management, SEO, AI optimization, etc.) are non-refundable
  • No partial refunds for unused time or early termination

4.3 Advertising Spend

  • Ad budgets paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable
  • Management fees for ads are non-refundable once campaigns are launched

4.4 Website & Development Projects

  • If a project is canceled:
    • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
    • Work already delivered remains billable
  • No refunds after final delivery or approval

4.5 AI Services & Voice Agents

  • Setup fees and subscription costs for AI services are non-refundable
  • No refunds based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs

4.6 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Service has not yet started, and
  • A written request is approved by Rock It Web

5. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

  • By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue
  • Any unauthorized chargeback will be considered a breach of these Terms

In the event of a chargeback:

  • We reserve the right to:
    • Immediately suspend all services
    • Revoke access to deliverables, accounts, or assets
    • Recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees

You agree that:

  • Valid proof of service delivery (including communication, reports, or completed work) may be used to dispute chargebacks
  • You will remain liable for payments for services already rendered

6. Advertising & Performance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Rankings
  • Leads or conversions
  • ROI or revenue

Performance depends on external factors such as competition and platform algorithms.

We are not responsible for:

  • Ad account bans or suspensions
  • Platform policy changes

7. AI Voice Agents & Automation Disclaimer

  • AI outputs are automated and may not always be accurate
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs before use
  • Misuse of AI systems is strictly prohibited

8. Third-Party Platforms

We are not liable for:

  • Downtime or outages
  • Account restrictions
  • Changes in platform policies

9. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership transfers to client only after full payment
  • We may showcase work in our portfolio
  • Internal frameworks and systems remain our property

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits, data, or business

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rock It Web against:

  • Legal claims arising from your business
  • Misuse of services or content

13. Termination

We may terminate services if:

  • Payments are delayed
  • Terms are violated

Client termination:

  • Requires written notice
  • Retainers remain non-refundable

14. Data Protection & Privacy

Use of services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

  • Lawful data collection
  • Compliance with privacy laws

15. Compliance with Laws (India & Global)

We comply with:

  • Indian IT Act
  • GDPR (where applicable)
  • US privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA)

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control.

17. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
