Build any number of steps with any fields you want, drop it anywhere with a shortcode, and never lose a partial fill again — abandoned forms land in your Leads dashboard automatically.
A visual builder for the form, and a dashboard for every lead it produces — finished or not.
Add, edit, reorder or delete steps and fields — drag to reorder, no code required.
Text, email, phone, number, textarea, dropdown, radio, checkbox and date fields.
Autosaves fields as visitors type, so abandoned forms still become leads you can follow up with.
Filter by form and status, view full field-level detail, and export everything to CSV.
Predictable, documented class names for every element — style it from your theme to match your brand.
Send visitors to a thank-you page after submit, or just show a success message.
Add as many steps as you need, and any mix of fields within each — required or optional, full or half width.
Paste the shortcode into any page or post. Your form appears with a progress bar and step navigation, ready to go.
Every fill — complete or abandoned partway through — shows up in your Leads dashboard, ready for follow-up.

No page builder dependency, no external services, no API keys — everything runs on your own site.
No. Everything — the form builder, submissions, and the leads dashboard — runs entirely on your own WordPress site and database. Nothing is sent to a third-party service.
Fields are saved automatically a moment after the visitor fills them in, and again if they navigate away or close the tab. Whatever they typed — even just a name or email — shows up in your Leads dashboard marked as "Partial," so you can still follow up.
